Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Christian has 17 years of experience in management and HR consulting in Central and Eastern Europe. His core area of expertise covers the deployment of integrated leadership development programs. 

His workshops are aimed at defining shared challenges and priorities - and working out shared directions and actions. At an individual level, his coaching sessions enable the identification and pursuit of personal paths and choices.

Additionally, Christian assists clients from several industries to define and implement performance management processes. He also acts as a facilitator for board-level strategy articulation and progress assessment and monitoring.

Christian delivers the ‘Organisational training and development process’ course for the Train the Trainer Master Studies at the University of Bucharest.

Other Relevant Experience

Christian’s main projects are delivered in the private sector, usually at top and middle management level. 

Most of his clients are from the automotive, IT, oil & gas, utilities, medical services, retail, banking and consulting industry sectors. He has designed and delivered programs in Romania, Austria, Serbia, Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary and Republic of Moldavia.

• B.A. in Psychology, from the Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania
• Post-graduate studies on decision-making and suggestibility at the University of Giessen, Germany
• Henkel CEE certified trainer and facilitator
• Accredited in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tests and personality inventories (SHL, Mannaz, CPI)
