The Coaching & Leadership Academy is a division of TPC Leadership - a global consultancy and leadership development company. Our Executive Coach Training programmes are designed in line with the requirements of the relevant accrediting bodies (ICF or EMCC), whereas our Leadership Skills Training programmes are based on our expertise and experience in working with global organisations and individuals.
Our history dates back to 2000 when TPC Leadership was founded in the UK. Since then, we have expanded to have global reach, with over 200 associates, consultants and facilitators working together.
The Leadership Team all have backgrounds in coaching and/or facilitating with extensive industry experience to bring to the table.
Our Faculty comprises coaches and facilitators across the globe, all carefully selected to provide the best for our students.
Our Executive Coach Training facilitators are each accredited or registered with at least one of our accrediting bodies - ICF and EMCC. Our Leadership Skills Training facilitators are drawn from our global partners and associates.
We believe in leadership that harnesses the good intent and best beliefs of an organisation's people, unifying them around a reason for being.
